- Financial Background: Primary preference is given to deserving, high-achieving students from financially underprivileged households across Pakistan.
- Quota Allocation: Seats are distributed on a provincial quota basis (Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, AJK) to ensure equal national representation.
- Entry Test: Applicants must pass the prescribed entry test (such as NTS or Akhuwat internal test) followed by an interview.
